Mahjong Solitaire is free to play. Points are for play only. They cannot be bought and have no cash value.
Mahjong tiles are stacked in layers, and you take away matching pairs one at a time until the board is empty. It's a one-player puzzle, so you don't need to know how to play four-player mahjong. A sharp eye is all it takes.

No. Mahjong Solitaire only borrows the tiles. The rules are completely different; you just match pictures.
Those tiles are still blocked. A tile can only be taken when nothing is on top of it and its left or right side is open.
Every deal can be cleared, so there's always a way through. If your own moves leave no free pairs, the game offers a free shuffle or lets you undo a move.
Each pair gives 10 points, and clearing the table adds extra points. The faster you finish, the more extra points. Points go into your total once the table is clear.
No. It's free, there's no sign-up, and the points are for play only.
