What is Video Poker?

Video Poker on BossMahjong uses one 136-tile mahjong set without flowers or seasons. You get five tiles, hold the ones you want, then swap the rest once. The best mahjong set in your final five tiles is the one that counts.

This game is for players aged 18 and over and uses virtual points only.

How to play

  1. Choose how many points to play: 10, 20 or 50.
  2. You get five tiles.
  3. Tap the tiles you want to hold. Each one gets a ring and a check mark.
  4. Tap Swap to replace the tiles you didn't hold, once only.
  5. The best set in your final five tiles decides the points you get back. The list of sets is on screen.

Tips from Bos Naga

  • Got tiles that are starting to form a set? Hold them and swap the others.
  • New to mahjong sets? This is a relaxed way to learn to spot them.
  • Most rounds end with no set, and over time fewer points come back than you put in, even with the tip.
